In Germany there are some 250 CDs and CD collections for babies, children and classical music starters. We checked on them all. However, for you, outside the German-speaking world, the result does not make sense, when it comes to works with embedded stories or narration. With your distance it also doesn't make sense, to list those CDs and CD collections, which I do not recommend. What's left, is a considerable choice of options to order. Yes, there are S&H costs from Germany and that means, it doesn't make sense to order one € 5,99 CD from California. However, if you order the three inexpensive best, or if you decide for the combination of the two best CD collection offers, which is a total of 270 works, the S&H costs per popular work, per nice work and per really beautiful work is almost "disappearing". Please, keep in mind: With my recommendations, you don't buy "the cat in the bag". In advance, you know, how many high value CDs you get for small money, and now I mean the total.
In addition, just a little bit more "reading": All CD recommendations here arose very late and mathcing our mission "Teaching Material Classical Music". In addition, the recommendation of all CD offers initially began with the compilations of classical music for babies and infants ... not for children and beginners. And that with around 30 CD offers. The following numbering then simply continued, and that is for classical music CDs for children and classical music CDs for starters.
And finally the realization arose that yes – if without fairy tale or story – by definition popular classical works ... are equally suitable for children and beginners, as such pieces are for babies. And so it turned out that the "hits" in this last discipline also got the very last numbers: around the position 250. But because nobody works through all 250 CD-recommendations and so can't get past the "best of the best", there is this special page in the meantime.
